Question
When performing the Udhiyah in a public slaughterhouse, I can take the meat of my slaughtered animal, but the internal organs such as the liver, spleen, etc. they don't give it on the basis that this is specifically from my Udhiyah but rather it is now known which animal they came from.
As for the outer body parts such as the legs, head, etc. then these are mixed up and you may be given something that is not from your Udhiyah. In addition to this, sometimes they charge a fee for taking this body part as a result of cleaning it amongst other reasons.

Answer
The Udhiyah is valid as long as you take it after it was slaughtered in your name. As for the internal organs or external body parts, then placing some restrictions on acquiring them, due to health reasons such as preventing the spreading of illnesses, or freezing the parts and delaying handing them over, if you are taking the parts without paying a fee for them then this is allowed.
This is because all those that slaughter there have agreed to and accepted this condition. As a result, if you take any part, then this will be from a part that was agreed by all to be taken by anyone without any money being given in exchange.
However, if they stipulate a fee then this isn't allowed because it is not allowed to purchase a part of your Udhiyah nor another person's Udhiyah for that matter.
Lastly, if the fee being taken is for cleaning the body parts such as the head - they clean it, remove the hairs etc - and they take a wage for this, then there is no problem with this as a person will normally be designated to do this and as such will want something on exchange [for his time and labour]. As for if the fee is for the [purchase of the] specific body part then it is not allowed to pay for any part of the Udhiyah as it is not permissible to sell any part of the Udhiyah.
We ask Allah to accept from us all.
And Allah knows best.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the 'Ālamīn.
